COVID-19
This year has been difficult. We were closed for 3 months and now open up to 50 % of capacity. New sanitary protocolos have been implemented by local and federal authorities. We got the "Re-opening certificate on July 2020. In order to comply with the requirements, some measures are taken such as:
- Flexible cancelation policy. Please wait for your experience if you feel sick.
- Body temperature is measured to new guests.
- Use of mask is required at check-in/out.
- Daily maid service is limited.
- Our beach-front access reduced its opening time.
- Opening hours of certain services might be reduced or temporary closed.
